✔ PHP 3,999 per person - Exclusive Tour for 9-10 persons

Geortravel Booking Terms and Conditions

✔ Reservation & Payment

Payment Policy

✔ A reservation is only confirmed upon full payment.
✔ Payments must be made at least 7 days before the departure date.
✔ Failure to settle within the required period may result in the automatic cancellation of the booking.

Confirmation of Booking

✔ Once full payment is received, a Final Confirmation & Travel Voucher will be issued.
✔ All bookings are final and non-transferable after confirmation.

✔ Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation by the Passenger

✔ All payments made are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
✔ There will be no refunds for unused services, including but not limited to hotels, transportation, and tours.

Rescheduling or Changes

✔ Rescheduling is NOT ALLOWED once the booking is confirmed.
✔ Name changes may be allowed before the finalization of the passenger manifest, subject to approval and availability.

No-Show Policy

✔ If a passenger fails to show up on departure day, the entire tour package cost is non-refundable.

✔ Travel & Operational Policies

Van Assignment & Departure Time

✔ Vans will be assigned based on the final passenger count and availability.
✔ Departure time & meeting point details will be confirmed 48 hours before the trip.
✔ Late passengers will be left behind without a refund.

Baggage Allowance

✔ Each passenger is allowed one (1) hand-carry bag.
✔ Excess luggage is not allowed unless pre-arranged, subject to additional charges.

Passenger Conduct & Safety

✔ Travelers must follow the itinerary and group schedule.
✔ Passengers must adhere to safety protocols and local regulations at all times.

✔ Force Majeure & Travel Disruptions

Unforeseen Circumstances

✔ Geortravel is not liable for cancellations or delays caused by:

• Natural calamities

• Government restrictions or travel bans

• Uncontrollable circumstances (e.g., road closures, extreme weather, emergencies)

Rescheduling & Refund Policy

✔ In case of a government-mandated cancellation, the trip will be rescheduled.
✔ Refunds are NOT an option under force majeure events.
